Ingredients
- 360g Jollof Jar
- 3 cups washed rice — use parboiled long grain or sella basmati
- 1 cup broth
- 2 cups water
- Salt to taste
- Bouillon cubes (optional)
- 1 stick of butter
Method
- Empty Jollof Jar into a pot. Add salt, bouillon cubes (optional) and 3 cups washed rice. Stir to combine.
- Pour in 1 cup broth and 2 cups water. Stir again.
- Cover with the pot lid and foil. Simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes.
- Add 1 stick of butter and simmer on slightly higher heat for 5 minutes until cooked through.
- Fluff the rice gently and serve hot.
- Pair with your protein and vegetables of choice.

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and use within 3 days.
