Made with 100% natural ingredients, Jollof Jar is a handcrafted blend of ripened tomatoes, peppers and aromatic spices - slow-cooked to deliver the rich, smoky flavor of authentic Nigerian Jollof every time. It is a great base for jollof rice, pasta and stew dishes.

Cooking ingredients

  • 360g Jollof Jar
  • 3 cups washed rice. Use parboiled long grain or sella basmati rice.
  • 1 cup broth
  • 2 cups water
  • Salt to taste
  • Bouillon cubes (optional)
  • 1 stick of butter

Cooking instructions.

  • Empty Jollof Jar into a pot, add salt, bouillon cubes (optional), 3 cups washed rice & stir.
  • Pour in 1 cup broth + 2 cups water & stir.
  • Cover with pot's lid & foil, simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes.
  • Add 1 stick of butter & simmer on slightly higer heat for 5 minutes until cooked.
  • Fluff rice gently and serve hot.
  • Pair with protein & vegetable of choice.
